Terms & conditions

We are delighted to welcome you to Hawks Nest Bed and Breakfast. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take note of the following terms and conditions: 


Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out is by 10:30 am on the day of departure. 


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. 
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival may be charged up to the full cost of the booking if the room cannot be re-let. 
  • In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full booking amount may be charged. 
  •  We recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their booking.


Parking

  • Guest parking is available on the left-hand side of the house. Please park considerately and ensure access is maintained at all times.


Dogs

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and for any damage caused during their stay. Hawks Nest is a rural location with sheep and cattle near by. 


Dietary Requirements 

  • If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please notify *Delia* before your arrival so that suitable arrangements can be made. 


Breakages & Damage

  • Any breakages, damage, or faults should be reported as soon as possible during your stay. * Guests may be charged for damage caused through negligence or misuse. 


Respect for the Property

  • Hawks Nest is a private home as well as a bed and breakfast. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property, furnishings, and neighbouring residents during their stay. 


Children & Infants

If Guests are travelling with young infants Hawks Nest does not provide the facilities to accommodate them. 



 General

  • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where guest behaviour is considered unreasonable, disruptive, or likely to cause damage to the property.
